Are you affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use? You’re not alone – and support is here for you.
Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs Use and Moving On are offering a SMART Recovery Family & Friends meeting in Inverclyde, designed specifically for anyone aged 16+ who is concerned about someone else’s substance use.
SMART Family and Friends is based on the core principles of SMART Recovery, adapted to support those affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol use. The group focuses on YOU —exploring topics like setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and self-care. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can learn tools to help you feel more in control and build healthier relationships.
Meetings are held locally in Greenock, and you’re very welcome to come along.
