SMART Family and Friends Inverclyde
Scottish Families and Moving On are so excited to start up our new SMART Recovery Family & Friends Meeting this August! These will be delivered and facilitated by Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs for anyone 16+ struggling with someone else’s substance use.
SMART Family and Friends is derived off the four main points of SMART Recovery but has been adapted to cater to the needs of individuals affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use. The Family and Friends model encourages us to focus on ourselves and our goals while covering subjects such as positive communication, boundaries, and self-care. Throughout the programme, we will explore different tools and methods to help you look after YOU and establish healthier relationships with your Loved One.
- When: Monday 5th August, 1pm-3pm (every Monday thereafter)
- Where: Moving On Inverclyde - Kingston House, 3 Jamaica Street, Greenock, PA15 1XX
