Human Rights and Health Inequalities Awareness Workshop

This interactive workshop, delivered by REACH Advocacy,  explores current health inequalities in Scotland, human rights, advocacy, and how to apply a human-rights-based approach in practice.

Through activities and group discussions, participants will have the opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas with others.
By the end of the session, participants will:

• Have a stronger understanding of human-rights-based approaches
• Gain practical tools and frameworks to support improved local service delivery
• Have a better understanding of a human rights-based approach and its application

Key information:
Who is it for: Anyone who works with or around vulnerable people e.g. NHS staff, third sector organisations, community workers, public sector staff, senior management.
When: Wednesday 14th October, 10am to 3pm at Princes Street House, 29 Princes St, Port Glasgow PA14 5JQ

Participants will receive a workshop reading list at the end of the session
